These terms cover Waystone, made by Athlonaut LLC, and this website. By buying or using Waystone you agree to them.

Buying Waystone

• From the Mac App Store: Apple sells it to you, and Apple's standard license agreement applies in place of the license section below. Apple handles payment, refunds and updates.
• From this website: Lemon Squeezy is our reseller and the merchant of record, and its buyer terms cover payment, tax and billing. You get a license key by email.

Your license

• A license key lets you use Waystone, for personal or work use, on up to three Macs you own or control. It doesn't expire.
• Don't share, sell or publish your key. To move it to another Mac, deactivate it on the old one first.
• Updates we release to Waystone are included. If we ever release a paid upgrade, the version you bought keeps working.
• You may not resell Waystone, or copy, modify or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows it regardless.

Refunds

If you bought Waystone from this website, you can have a full refund within 30 days. Email [email protected] from the address you bought with. Your key stops working once the refund is made. For Mac App Store purchases, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Using Waystone

Use Waystone only on Macs you own or are allowed to use, and follow your employer's rules on a work Mac. Waystone shows an app's windows on your other Mac and passes your input back to it, so anyone at that Mac can see and use those windows.

No warranty

Waystone is provided as is. We work to make it reliable, but to the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be free of errors or suit a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Athlonaut LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost data or lost profits, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Waystone. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you bought Waystone continue to apply to that purchase.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA, without taking away protection you have under the laws of the country you live in.
